シングルリカットされた『Goodnight Saigon』はベトナム戦争に駆り出された人々の視点で書いた反戦歌。この曲はベトナム戦争の究極のPOP MUSICの追悼曲として、世界中の人々に記憶されている楽曲。本作は新たなるBilly Joelの世界を生み出し、本人も自信作のひとつとコメントしている、
