日記を書くように制作した音楽のスケッチから、12 曲を選び1枚のアルバムにまとめた作品集。
各曲のタイトルは、曲を制作した日付。ジャケットは「もの派」を代表する国際的な美術家、李禹煥(リ・ウファン)氏が本作のためにドローイングを制作。
