2000年にリリースされた2nd.アルバム。Billboardシングルチャート10位を獲得した『Bag Lady』やグラミー賞最優秀R&Bソング賞にノミネートされた『Didn't Cha Know?』を収録した全14曲。
Neo Soulと呼ばれ、きわめて深い自己内面や、世の中の不条理を唄っている彼女の作品。本作は不安や人間関係、社会問題をテーマにしている。ちなみに2009年にデビューしたイギリスのバンド『Mamas Gun』のバンド名は本作のタイトルが由来。
