1979年リリースの3rd.アルバム。全英シングルチャート2位を獲得した『Oliver's Army』を含む、全12曲収録。
UK盤とUS盤は収録内容が違い、日本盤はUK盤と同内容。US盤には9曲目『Sunday's Best』が内容があまりにも英国的すぎるという理由で外され、プロデューサーであるNick LoweのシングルB面曲『(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding?』が収録された。
