The soundtrack for the Toei film "Shudan Sakusen," composed by former MUTE BEAT member Kazufumi Kodama, has finally been released on vinyl for the first time!
Although it is a movie soundtrack, it can also be called Kodama's solo album.
In 1994, the late Rico Rodriguez, a legendary Jamaican trombonist, was invited from his home country, and the album featured young Fishmans members Kinichi Mogi (Drums), Yuzuru Kashiwabara (Bass), and HAKASE (Keyboards). DJ Bari "K" from the Gas Boys also participated in the recording on Turntable. The recording and mixing were done by ZAK. 30 years after its release in 2024, the sound still remains strong.
