This is my first self-produced work, and it was a very difficult journey.
His fifth solo album was released in 1975. It contains nine songs in total, including the title track, the pre-release single "Feel Like Makin' Love," and "Feelin' That Glow," which was later re-cut as a single.
The reason it took 14 months to record this album is because Gene McDaniels was added as a producer on the lead single "Feel Like Makin' Love," but the previous producer, Joel Dorn, dropped out. Since Gene McDaniels only worked on the single, he produced this album for the first time under the pseudonym Rubina Flake.
