A hit after the addition of a new vocalist.

The fourth album released in 1980. It reached number 3 in the UK and was a hit that charted in many countries. The title track "Vienna" was re-released as a single and became a big hit in the UK and the EU.

After the release of their previous album, "Systems of Romance," John Foxx left the band and was replaced by Midge Ure. With the support of the New Romantic boom at the time, this album was a big hit, especially in the UK and EU. In Japan, the second track, "New Europeans," was used in a Suntory commercial, and a compilation album, "New Europeans," was released exclusively for Japan.
