It is unclear why the title was changed, but the original title of the film was "Emotional Fascism."
The third album released in 1979. Contains 12 songs including "Oliver's Army" which reached number 2 on the UK singles chart.
The UK and US versions have different tracklists, with the Japanese version having the same content as the UK version. The US version removed the ninth track, "Sunday's Best," for being too British, and included producer Nick Lowe's B-side single, "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding?"
