原題は「Look At Youself」である邦題「対自核」
は、当時の流行哲学の実存主義の用語「対自(主体性のある存在)」とその中心という意味の「核」を合わせた造語といわれ名訳と言われた。アルバムの真ん中にも「おのれを見つめろ」と言わんばかりに鏡が付いていた。
