French progressive rock, the melody of a spider wriggles
A masterpiece of French progressive rock by Athol, where symphonic and jazz fusion intersect.
This is the second studio album released in 1975 by Athol, a French progressive rock band from Metz. Its soundscape, a soft fusion of clearly structured performances and jazz-inspired improvisation, is full of genre-defying creativity. While the recording quality at the time was somewhat harsh, its roughness paradoxically accentuates the soul of the music, making this album highly regarded within the genre.
