This is the first movie directed by director Mamoru Oshii. The composer is Izumi Kobayashi and Fumitaka Anzai. The music was performed on a synthesizer and Fairlight CMI, and used orchestral hits that were rare at the time. A hidden gem of a Japanese electronic music masterpiece.
