This album showcases the unique worldview of Southern All Stars bassist Kazuyuki Sekiguchi. Ichiro Nitta's gorgeous brass and steady rhythm section lightly accentuate the simple, humorous melody. The opening track, "E no Naka no Kurea," blends dreamy synths with a sophisticated pop sensibility, evoking hints of exotica and new wave.
