There is no dress code for listeners. This is his best-selling solo album.
His third solo album, released in 1985, was titled "Phil Collins III" when it was released in Japan. Featuring "I Don't Wanna Know" and a duet with Sting, "Long Long Way to Go," the album sold 12 million copies in the US, 2 million copies in the UK, and over 20 million copies worldwide.
The CD version includes the 11th track, "We Said Hello, Goodbye (Don't Look Back)". The title of this work comes from the anger of being refused entry to a high-class restaurant that had a dress code because the band was dressed casually. Therefore, the title is "No Jacket Required".
