This second album features a bold and significantly evolved sound.
The second album released in 1999. It contains 11 songs in total, including the pre-release singles "Sunday People" and "My Girl," as well as "Love Forever," which was later re-cut.
This is their first album in about a year since their first album, "Three Out Change." They changed their recording methods, incorporating bold programmed sounds and intentionally adding noise, and this work is one in which they have expanded their strike zone.
