The Beatles' 8th album, "Live with a Fictional Band"
During their final tour of the UK, the band members were concerned about the audience not listening to their performances, and they began to question their future live performances. After returning from the tour, they took a break from their activities. This album was created during the period when they were gradually shifting to recording in the studio.
This masterpiece is known as the culmination of the Beatles' experimental music in their mid-period. It can also be seen as a work for the "Summer of Love" hippie movement that swept America in the summer of 1967. It is said to have been heavily influenced by the Beach Boys' "Pet Sounds," released the previous year.
