This work symbolizes Yapoos' early days, delivering a shocking impact that cuts through the boundaries between pop and underground music. On tracks like "Turn the Dial Y!" and "Barbara Sexanoid," Jun Togawa's theatrical vocals and meticulous band ensemble create a sense of tension. The interplay between Nobuo Nakahara's structured bass lines, edgy guitars, and icy synths defined Japanese alternative music in the 1980s.
