The remaining three members worked on the unfinished songs that John Lennon had left behind before his death to complete them.
It reached number two on the UK singles chart and number six on the US Billboard 100. In addition to "Free As Bird," which was completed by the remaining members, the album includes "I Saw Her Standing There," "This Boy," and "Christmas Time."
