A hit album that mainly includes previously unreleased single B-sides
Up until then, the band had not included any B-sides from singles on their albums, so this album was in response to the requests of fans who wanted a best-of B-side album. It was the first B-side collection to reach number one on the Oricon charts.
It also includes double A-side songs such as "SWEET MEMORIES," "Blue Photograph," and "Eighteen."
