A collection of remixes reorganized from Herbert's unique perspective, bringing out a different sound from the original, moving back and forth between originality and editing.
This musical experiment goes beyond the framework of a remix collection. While exuding respect for the source material, bold processing casts it in unexpected light. Fragmentary samples, noise, and subtle beat manipulations are layered to create new sonic textures. The result is a work that retains the memory of the original song, while offering a completely new way of listening.
