It includes "July Morning," which was later selected as one of the band's top 10 best songs, "Tears in My Eyes," and the opener "Look at Yourself."
The original title was "Look At Youself", but the Japanese title "Taijikaku" was said to be a coined word combining the term "taijika" (a subjective existence) from the existentialist philosophy that was popular at the time, and "kaku" (core), which means center, and was said to be a great translation. There was also a mirror in the middle of the album, as if to say, "Look at yourself."
