The album contains nine songs composed by Hirofumi Asamoto, Akito Katayose, Kiyonori Matsuo, Mari Sugi, and others.

He was discovered by Toru Okada (Moonriders) and made his debut in the post-punk band Lotus End. In 1995, he released his solo single "I Hate the Sun." He is a talented singer who also writes his own lyrics and compositions.

Iwashita, who was originally a member of the post-punk band LOTUS END, made her solo debut with the backing of Moonriders' Toru Okada. She released two albums, "Don't Sleep" and "The Season the Wind Brought Me." The content of the albums is folky, but has a strong R&B black feel. In that sense, it can be said that her "black music taste" was already embodied at this time. Produced by Yasushi Ide, the album features a stellar lineup of writers, including Akito Katayose of Graet3, Chichi Matsumura, and Mari Sugi, and arrangements are handled by Hirofumi Asamoto, known as a producer at UA, Ryutaro Kihara of Original Love, and Tomio Inoue, formerly of the Roosters.
