This is the first volume of the greatest hits collection, and it includes songs that represent the 60s.
Classic songs like "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Turn! Turn! Turn!" are brought back to life with the sparkling sound of 12-string guitar. The Byrds' music, which began with covers of Bob Dylan songs, established a new genre called folk rock. The Japanese release of this CD in 1987 brought renewed attention to their innovative music.
