This work was recorded in the same session as another work.
Released in 1981. This is one of Masaaki Kikuchi's masterpieces, produced with Dave Liebman (sax.), Steve Grossman (sax.), and his longtime friend Terumasa Hino (tp.).
This work was recorded at almost the same time as "One-Way Traveler" released the following year. The approximately 15-minute track "New Native," featuring drummers Richie Morales and Yahya Sediq and two percussionists, Aiyb Dieng and Airto Moreira, is a must-listen.
