To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legendary group King Giddrah's 1995 debut album, "Power from the Sky," a long-awaited remastered version is now available on vinyl as a 2-disc set with obi strips on 180g heavyweight vinyl!
The album had a huge impact on the scene with its rhyming, flow, track-making, philosophy, and attitude, which completely overturned the concept of hip-hop in Japanese at the time, and is now talked about as a masterpiece that will remain in Japanese music history, transcending genre boundaries.
In 2015, marking the 20th anniversary of the album's release, a special edition was released featuring a remastered version by the late Tom Coyne, featuring bonus tracks including rare demo cassettes produced entirely independently before "Power From the Sky" and remixes from the 1996 mini-album "Shadows." Now, on December 25, 2025, the 30th anniversary of the album's release, the long-awaited remastered version will be released on vinyl! The newly updated version, by master Tom Coyne, dynamically recreates the sound of "Power From the Sky." It will also be released on cassette tape.
