The third single released in 1971. This song was recorded in the studio before the "Bangladesh Refugee Relief Concert" held on August 1st of the same year.
He composed this piece in response to his sitar teacher Ravi Shankar's appeal for comment on the disaster that struck Bengal and the plight of the large number of East Pakistani refugees brought about by the Bangladesh War of Independence.
