Answer to Remember, led by Ishiwaka Shun, releases their long-awaited second album in four and a half years.
Based on jazz, Shun Ishiwaka is a popular and talented drummer who is in demand for numerous sessions and recordings across genres, including millenium parade, Quruli, Ringo Shiina, Kenshi Yonezu, and KID FRESINO. His home and musical base is Answer to Remember (commonly known as Unreme). This is the long-awaited second album, released four and a half years ago since his shocking first album ``Answer to Remember'' in 2019, which was also praised by Thundercat! While cherishing the band feeling he has cultivated in live performances since the release of his previous album, he relies on his own intuition and pursues a sound that has never been heard before, resulting in a finish full of adventure. The members are Yusuke Sase (tp), MELRAW (as, g), Shuyo Nakajima (as), Tomoaki Baba (ts), Yuya Wakai (p, key), Kota Kaihori (p, key), Marty Holobeck (b), and Taikimen (per), a powerful lineup in which almost all of them are usually active as leaders. Guests include KID FRESINO, HIMI, Mahiru Koda, ermhoi, Jua, Tomoki Sanders, KARAI, and Inoue Mei.
