Jon Lord's Sarabande
A fusion of classical and rock music from the Deep Purple keyboardist.
Jon Lord's "Sarabande" is an ambitious work in which a rock musician takes on classical music. It builds on the Baroque dance form of the sarabande, while fusing it with the energy and improvisation of rock. Lord's keyboard playing is both virtuoso and passionate, creating a unique musical world that bridges the two genres.
