This album solidified the band's popularity, featuring the acoustic ballad "To Be With You," which was a huge hit that reached number one on the US charts.

The cover photo is a photo of the train accident that occurred at Gare Montparnasse in France. Since the release of this album, several bonus tracks have been included only on the Japanese version.
