This is the best album of COMPLEX by Koji Kikkawa and Tomoyasu Hotei. It was released before the best album of Hotei's band BOOWY. Only "CLOCKWORK RUNNERS" is included in the album version, the rest are included in the single version.
It includes "PROPAGANDA," the unit's first single "BE MY BABY," and their second singles "JUST ANOTHER DAY" and "1990."
