The album focuses on singles from debut single "Asia no Junshin" to "Umi e" (To the Sea).
It reached number 2 on the Oricon charts. It also includes Chinese versions of "Ai no Shirushi" and "Kore ga Watashi no Ikiru Michi," both of which were released in Taiwan and China. Most of the production, lyrics, and composition were done by Tamio Okuda.
