It contains 10 songs in total, including singles such as "Koi no Arashi," "Genki wo Dashite," and "Tokiku no Tabibito," as well as self-covers such as "Eki" and "OH NO, OH YES!", which were written for Akina Nakamori, "Kenka yamete" for Naoko Kawai, and "Iro・White Blend" for Miho Nakayama.
Produced by Tatsuro Yamashita. The fourth song, "Shosoku," is the only original song on this album. It is said that Tatsuro Yamashita was outraged by Akina Nakamori's interpretation of "Eki," and suggested Mariya Takeuchi do a self-cover of it.
