The 15th album released in 1991. Contains 11 songs in total, including the remix version of the pre-release single "Sweet Emotion," the re-cut single "Back to the BASIC," and "Uso nara yasashiku."
The released "Sweet Emotion" and "Back to the BASIC" were featured in a commercial tie-up for Toshiba S-VHS Deck ARENA. "Uso nara yasashiku" was chosen as the autumn image song for Kanebo Cosmetics. The fifth song, "Voice of my heart", is a duet with Philip Bailey (Earth, Wind & Fire).
