This is the first album since "How to Fly in the Sky" that does not include a title track.
The 10th album released in 2002. It contains 13 songs in total, including the four singles "Haruka," "Sawatte Kawatte," "Hanemono," and "Mizuiro no Machi."
Seiji Kameda was appointed as producer from this album. When he was asked to produce the single "Sawatte・Katte" included in this album, he liked it so much that he was asked to produce the album as well. Although Spitz often did not finish the lyrics until the final recording stage, Seiji Kameda wanted the lyrics to be completed before recording.
