A cello poet with the soul of tango
Yo-Yo Ma plays the passion and melancholy of Argentina.
The album "Soul of the Tango" is his tango project, released in 1997. Ma's cello delivers emotional renditions of tango masterpieces, including those by Astor Piazzolla. It is a genre-transcending masterpiece that beautifully combines the virtuosity of a classical musician with the sensuality of tango.
