This is the last original album featuring John Entwistle (B.) and Kenney Jones (D.).
The 10th album released in 1982. It is the last original album, which reached number 8 in the US and number 11 in the UK. It contains 12 songs in total, including three re-cut singles, "Athena," "Eminence Front," and the title song "It's Hard."
As Pete Townshend's (G.) solo activities began to take off, cracks began to appear within the band, and this was their last original work. It was a hit, but it was also a work that caused mixed reviews.
