The 7th album released in 1994. This work was produced with Mike Vescera, former vocalist of LOUDNESS. It includes the lead single "Forever One". The Japanese version includes the bonus track "Angel in Heat" for a total of 13 songs.

This is the first album in about two years since the previous album "Fire & Ice". There are still many enthusiastic fans in Japan. The jacket design is different between the EU version and the Japanese version, and when he saw the triangle on his nose, he was so angry that he said, "You drew a triangle on my face!"
