The project started after a recording was given to it by someone in the music industry.

This is the debut album released in 1998 by the band formed in New York by hide (X JAPAN) with Paul Raven (bassist/ex-Killing Joke) and Ray McVeigh (guitarist/ex-The Professionals).

This work fully expresses the industrial sound that X JAPAN could not express. It was completed in 1997, but due to various circumstances it was released two months after hide's death.
