A tribute to the golden age of swing.
A collaboration between tenor Dave Pell and trumpeter Harry "Sweets" Edison.
The album is a strong tribute to Lester Young, nicknamed "Prez," and exudes a warm, swinging feel throughout. Pell's witty phrasing and Edison's sweet trumpet are exquisitely intertwined, bringing back the spirit of good old jazz to the 1970s.
