It is a work that exquisitely matches Japanese lyrics with a tight sound that mixes elements of rock and roll, blues, and funk. The husky and powerful vocals are impressive, and his attitude of not pandering to commercialism has instead attracted charismatic support. This work symbolizes the "back alleys" of Japanese rock.
