The first best album released in 1988. It contains 11 songs in total, including the A and B sides of singles from his solo debut song "Forbidden Telepathy" to his 5th single "MUGO・ん… 嬉しいぽっ" and a new song "X'mas ga Ippai".
This album is recorded in reverse chronological order of singles A/B sides. Most of the songs are recorded in single versions, but the 8th track "If" and the 9th track "Forbidden Telepathy" are recorded in remix versions.
