The third album is a bright and pop album, a departure from the introspective previous albums. The historic Tin Pan Alley performance on the title track "Cobalt Hour" is a must-listen.
It also includes "Rouge no Dengon," known from the anime "Kiki's Delivery Service," and "Graduation Photo," which could be considered one of her signature songs.
