Billy's first live album features selections from his first four albums.
Their first live album was released in 1981. The sound source was recorded during their US tour in 1980. Although it was a live album, "Say Goodbye to Hollywood" and "She's Got a Way" were released as singles.
Since the intention was to collect older songs performed in a more suitable form, this album does not include live recordings of songs from after "Stranger." This is undoubtedly an important live album for getting to know the truly early Billy Joel.
