Released in 2000. This is the first release in the series since the previous work "Ballad 2 '83-'86" about 13 years ago. This superb album contains 28 songs on two discs, including the biggest single hits "TSUNAMI," "Manatsu no Kajitsu," and "Namida no Kiss."
The single "TSUNAMI," released in January of the same year, was Southern All Stars' biggest single hit, selling 2.93 million copies, and this album also became a huge hit, selling 2.84 million copies. The songs on this album never lose their appeal, no matter how many times you listen to them or how many years pass. The songs were selected by Kuwata Keisuke himself, from 1987 to 2000.
