A ray of hope for alternative rock
The New Radicals' only album is a late '90s fusion of rock and pop.
"You Get What You Give" is a hopeful anthem, combining social commentary with a positive message. Gregg Alexander's musical versatility is on full display, and it's a shame the band only released one album and disbanded. This is a masterpiece that represents the pinnacle of late '90s alternative pop.
