Making full use of synths and acoustic spaces that add color to the scenes, the sound portrays scenes that harmonize with the world of the story. This album combines the elements of soundtrack music with a unique musicality, inviting listeners into a fantastical world.
The balance between the soundtrack, which supports the worldview of the anime, and Kitaro's unique new age lyricism is outstanding. Spatial expressions using synthesizers and ambient sounds appear throughout, weaving a drama between stillness and movement. While the album includes songs where the melody is not prominent, it maintains a consistent worldview throughout, resulting in a composition in which the story and music blend together.
