Alpha Music's first single, "Glory Morning" by the five-member group Fifi the Free, released in November 1969, is being reissued on 7-inch vinyl!
The song was written by Yamagami Michio, composed by Murai Kunihiko, and arranged by Kawaguchi Makoto. It is neither a popular song, nor a rock song, nor a folk song, but rather a masterpiece of "soft rock," a new genre of music that uses sophisticated chorus work, and has been engraved in the history of Japanese pop music.
The B-side includes "Senso wa Shiranai" (War Is Unknown), also by Michio Yamagami, Kunihiko Murai, and Makoto Kawaguchi. Original release date: November 10, 1969, limited edition on clear red vinyl.
