A refreshing masterpiece of 80s new wave pop.
"We Close Our Eyes," included on a 7-inch single, was Go West's debut hit and brought a breath of fresh air to the pop scene in 1985. With its catchy melody and positive lyrics, it embodies the optimism and hope of 1980s pop. Along with the B-side, "Missing Persons," it's a fine example of the duo's pop sensibility.
