The long-awaited reissue of the miraculous world-famous psychedelic maze "Guevara 71 Tokyo"!
In 1971, the experimental play "Guevara" was performed for free every Sunday night at Janjan, in the basement of Yamate Church in Shibuya.
The cast includes Oyamada Munenori, Yamaguchi Takashi, Ishidate Tetsuo, Minegishi Ryunosuke (Minegishi Toru), Yamatani Hatsuo, Nodani Akira, Hidari Tokieda, Masuda Hiroko, Kobayashi Toshie, Karusell Maki, and others. The Guevara Foundation is an underground theater group founded by actors who felt the limitations of expression in television and movies, beyond the boundaries of theater companies. This work is a collection of songs that were born from this play. Starting with Goeika rock, it ranges from agitation hard psyche rock with rough bass riffs to mood songs and chivalry songs, and the 13 songs in total. It is a miraculous album in which the mish-mash of musicality with no sense of unity coincides with the image of Guevara that has been inflated from Japan's selfish delusions.
