A best album that covers the history up to the early 70's.
His first greatest hits album, released in 1972, looks back on his history, including Yardbirds, John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers, Eric Clapton and the Powerhouse, Cream, Blind Faith, Delaney & Bonnie, Derek and the Dominos, and solo works.
This album contains two versions of "Tell the Truth." It is completely different from the one included in "Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs." One is a fast-paced version released as a single in 1970, and the other, "Tell the Truth -Jam," is an unreleased version, a slow and long instrumental session version from the "Layla" sessions.
