A crossroads between Zeppelin manner and American groove.

The debut album of the hard rock trio by former Fleetwood Mac member Bob Welch. A cross-breed of British hard rock and funk.

This self-titled album, released in 1976, was the memorable first album of the trio band "Paris" formed by Bob Welch. It features a unique mix of British rock riffs reminiscent of Led Zeppelin and American funk rhythms. "Nazarene" and "Black Book" have a heavy and dark melody, but Welch's sense makes the whole album catchy. The roughness and ruggedness of the band's freedom to produce sound without relying on major labels actually gets to the essence of rock.
